Biography: Joe Chapman is a consultant currently serving the Electronics Industry and the United States Department of Defense. He has 42 years of experience, having completed a 32 year career in the Semiconductor group of Texas Instruments prior to beginning his consulting. Mr. Chapman serves on the GEIA Avionics Process Management Committee-APMC and also on the Executive Board of the Aerospace Vehicle Systems Institute-AVSI. Mr. Chapman is a past Chairman of the Government Procurement Committee of the Semiconductor Industry Association and currently is an officer of ECC Corp in the US and an officer of the IECQ-International Electrotechnical Commission Quality Assessment System for Electronic Components with headquarters offices in Geneva, Switzerland.
